James is the founder of Sports Pro Care, a sports marketing and management agency built for professional athletes who want more than just another agent. The focus is simple and non-negotiable, treat the athlete as a person first, then build the commercial, financial, mindset and career support that lets them perform longer and leave the game in a stronger position.
As agent for Gary Wilson he was directly involved during Gary’s back-to-back Scottish Open titles and Welsh Open success, combining on table performance support with commercial deals that actually got activated.
He is also co-founder of Cue Sport Hub (www.cuesporthub.com) alongside mindset coach Noel Flannery and Kelly Fisher MBE. The platform brings together mindset, performance, skill development, nutrition and the business side of cue sports.
James holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and is a qualified teacher with experience in further and higher education. That background shows in the way he works, structured, practical, no fluff, and always focused on what the athlete actually needs rather than a generic service menu.

NOEL FLANNERY
Noel is an elite mindset coach, with 10 World Titles to his name. As a former champion racing driver, Noel transitioned into team management. In his time in race team management, he won the prestigious Le Mans.
Since then he has became one on the worlds best mindset coaches with experience across a wide range of sports. His strength is making everything understandable for the athlete, leading to rapid improvements in performance.
Noel is also co-founder with James of Cue Sport Hub. A leading cue sport online mindset and performance platform.
JEREMY AGOROM
Jeremy is the owner of Whitfield Wealth Management. He is outstanding at helping athletes manage their finances and creating short and long term plans.
He began his financial career working in Switzerland. Since returning to the UK he has grown Whitfield Wealth Management into big financial institution, with offices now in Manchester, Liverpool and London.
Jeremy has a long standing relationship with James, having worked together prior to Sports Pro Care’s launch. He has been with the business since it began and is a trusted financial partner.
